If you’ve decided HeartBeets is not for you and you’d like to return one of our products, here is what you can do:

Are your products unopened, still sealed and the product packaging undamaged? It is less than 30 days since you purchased the product?

If yes, then please email our customer support team at support@heartbeets.life and include:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Order Number
  • Name of product
  • Reason for return

Our Customer Support team will then be in touch with the correct return address for your products.

Please note: You will be expected to pay the sending costs for the product you are returning and we do not refund shipping costs.
